LanaBlack Is

ABOUT THIS EVENT

"LANABLACK IS" The exhibition is about a "style" of photography and its creator.
It's about a way of seeing the world, of seeing space and seeing the same places we see.

The LANABLACK way LanaBlack is creative photography that demands the audience to see a new perspective of what ordinarily is; to stretch the imaginative power of the human mind. LanaBlack is a message for humanity; it challenges, provokes and excites; it says to reach into the farthest recesses of your mind; to believe that man can recreate anything in any way that he so desires.

It is a mind-set that is not unbending. LanaBlack is re-creation that makes "everything international".
Every object has an opportunity to become more.
Every subject has the opportunity to see what could be more.
LanaBlack is a visual interpretation of a mind-set that its creator Tunji Lana is urging the world to be magnetized by, to appreciate and to adopt.

LanaBlack technically captures the expressive nature of light and shade.
It springs forth tones and textures, drama over subtlety and subtlety over drama; ultimately taking the viewer though a new experience.
This concept introduced by Tunji Lana in 2014 is being formally launched this year through a one week double location exhibition.
